Kids Punjabi Suit

This is a normal punjabi suit for kids, where I just tried to play with the stripes pattern and the color.
In this I should mention about the mistake done and yet came out with a solution, complimenting as a design to the wear.

As I do these stuff with trial and error manner, I happened to cut out the neck part of the dress quite wide, i.e suitable for adults. So, I attached the purple fabric along the neck area to make it small enough for the kids. Now I find this design more attractive, rather than the plain one, I planned to do. I embellished with the flower pink and purple sequin, with the bead in the middle along the neck line.

Kids pyjamas : almost its frock!!!

Let me reveal, simple yet attractive night dress for girls.

This is simple sleeveless frock model, where the height of the yoke part is less. Hence it gives the night dress effect on kids.
The fabric I used is cotton, which gives full comfort while sleeping. The featured luring lies in the contrast color of the yoke part, where I should have embellished either by a small ribbon bow or with couple of buttons.
I tried a line of machine embroidery which acts as fastener instead of over lock , in the inner part attachment of the yoke and the bottom part.
Actually I should have attached buttons at the back as fastener for full comfort of sleeping. But with a lazy mood, I just fixed stitched fabric strings for knotting.
Never mind.....its a style!

Next comes another model with peter pan collar and a hand-made embellishment!

As an embellishment, I fixed ribbon bow made with black satin ribbon strips and a white pearl in the middle. I fixed this with press button, so its detachable while washing and even can be used in some other garments.

My first Stitch: Personalised frock for Vasunthra!

This is my first stitch for my niece Vasunthra. I love this! This type of fabric pattern, that too in blue color, makes this dress look trendy and neat!

I personalised, this frock for her by hand embroidery! In the neckline, I have done an garland effect of fernleaf and flowers!
In the bottom part I did umbrella cut with the cross pattern of the fabric. This adds good effect for the frock's appearance. Finally I have attached the acoba white lace in the edge, making it look attractive!
Ofcourse, this is a subtle one!
